Evans Auto Detail – Terms & Services

By scheduling services with Evans Auto Detail, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All services are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

  • Mobile detailing is subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, or unsafe working environments.

2. Monthly Memberships

  • Unused membership services do not roll over.

  • Appointments must be scheduled within the month of the billing cycle.

  • Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.

  • Members may cancel at any time but must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and approved mobile payment apps.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or group bookings.

4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Deposits

  • All full-service details require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • If you cancel with less than 2 business days notice or fail to show up, your $100 deposit will be forfeited, or if you prepaid in full, $100 of your payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • If you wish to reschedule after a late cancellation or no-show, any remaining balance after the $100 fee can be applied toward your new appointment, at our discretion.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being required to prepay in full for future appointments.

5. Service Limitations

  • While we strive for perfection, Evans Auto Detail is not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

  • Certain stains, odors, or scratches may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any aftermarket parts, fragile components, or special care needs before service begins.

6. Liability

  • Evans Auto Detail is not liable for personal items left inside vehicles or damage due to faulty parts (e.g., windows, trim, electronics).

  • Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before your scheduled service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly re-service areas of concern within reason.

8. Privacy

  • Client information is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold. We only collect the information needed to provide services, send updates, and manage your account.

    9. Agreement to Terms

    By scheduling a service with Evans Auto Detail—whether online, by phone, or in person—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.

    10. Weather Policy (for mobile services)

    If applicable:

    For mobile detailing, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, extreme heat, etc.) to ensure the quality of service and safety of staff.

    11. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

    Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, excessive staining, or biohazard cleanup (vomit, blood, mold, etc.) may incur additional fees. We will inform you before proceeding with service.

    If a vehicle is excessively dirty or presents a health/safety risk, we reserve the right to refuse service.

    12. Damage Waiver

    Evans Auto Detail is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions such as peeling clear coat, loose trim, non-OEM parts, or electrical issues caused by water exposure. Customers should disclose known issues prior to service.

    13. Photo Release

    We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for quality assurance and marketing purposes. License plates and personal identifiers will be blurred or excluded. Please notify us in advance if you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed.

    14. Late Arrival Policy

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service. In such cases, your deposit is still subject to forfeiture.
